Number of Floors: 6 Story Building with 4 stories being occupiable & Level 6 Rooftop.

Visibility: The building sits prominently on a highly visible site adjacent to I-95 providing brand value… a virtual billboard. 

Unique Building Characteristics: The building is a simple rectangle in plan however this functional plan angles forward toward the highway resulting in a pure parallelogram.

The resultant volume is a unique and immediately recognizable prismatic form. The shape challenges gravity symbolizing the challenges and hopes of the mission of Make-A-Wish.

South Florida Icon: The blue glass facade borrows the color of our well known color palette that appears in our logo and branding collateral reinforcing our messaging strategy and identity. At night, the diagonal stripes follow the mullions to create a powerful graphic presence for the institution, illuminating when wishes are granted.

Building Interior: Within the pure prism the building includes welcoming spaces for children and their families, new wish granting rooms and facilities, meeting spaces for strategic, social, and fundraising events as well as children’s play areas. The building also houses our administrative offices.

Exterior Cladding: Approximately 90% of the building skin is glass on all sides with approximately 10% of the North Elevation being concrete.

Exterior Signage: The Make-A-Wish logo will be located along the buildings roof top on both the North & South elevations, illuminated via programmable colored LED lighting. Special programming will illuminate the swoosh & star on “wish granting” days!
